These terms form an agreement between Revido LLC ("Revido", "we", or "us") and the organization or business accepting them ("Customer"). The person accepting confirms they have authority to bind the Customer.
1. The service
LintCycle is a hosted, read-only lifecycle review service for supported preview infrastructure. It inventories provider metadata, correlates resources with originating work, and presents findings for human review. LintCycle does not perform destructive provider actions, and its recommendations are not a substitute for the Customer's own verification.
2. Accounts and authorized users
The Customer is responsible for accurate registration information, account security, authorized-user activity, and maintaining control of connected provider accounts. Users must protect authentication methods and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Access is for the Customer's internal business purposes and may not be shared outside authorized workspace membership.
3. Trial and subscription
The launch plan costs US $49 per month plus applicable tax and includes one workspace, up to ten monitored repositories, unlimited members, all supported providers, and scheduled and on-demand scans. Billing is monthly; no annual or usage-based plan is offered at launch.
The 14-day trial requires a valid payment method. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically begins and Stripe charges the monthly fee plus applicable tax. A reminder is scheduled three days before the first charge. The Customer authorizes recurring charges until cancellation.
4. Taxes, invoices, and payment
Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe calculates and collects applicable tax at checkout. The Customer is responsible for charges, taxes, and billing information associated with its subscription. Failed or overdue payment may result in restricted or suspended access after reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Cancellation
The Customer may cancel at any time through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops the next renewal, while access continues through the current trial or paid billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partial billing periods.
6. Customer data and provider connections
The Customer retains its rights in data submitted to or retrieved for its workspace. The Customer grants Revido a limited right to process that data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. The Customer represents that it has the authority to connect repositories and providers and instruct this processing. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
The Customer and its users must not:
- use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights;
- attempt to access another tenant, account, credential, or provider connection;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or usage controls, except through authorized security testing;
- upload malware or use the service to distribute harmful content;
- resell or provide the service as a bureau without written permission; or
- reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent the restriction is prohibited by law.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to operate LintCycle reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Providers may change their APIs, permissions, or services. We may maintain, modify, or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material reductions when practicable. Preview or beta features may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
9. Intellectual property
Revido and its licensors retain all rights in LintCycle, including its software, design, documentation, and marks. These terms grant the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the hosted service during an active trial or subscription. Feedback may be used without restriction or obligation, provided we do not identify the contributor without permission.
10. Warranties and disclaimers
Each party warrants it has authority to enter this agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that findings will identify every lifecycle issue or contain no false positives. The Customer remains responsible for reviewing findings, backups, provider configuration, and every infrastructure action.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data. Revido's aggregate liability arising from the service or these terms will not exceed the fees paid or payable by the Customer for LintCycle during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or overdue payment. Either party may terminate for a material breach not cured within a reasonable written cure period. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law—will survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute through written notice.
14. General
These terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement about the service and supersede prior discussions on that subject. The Customer may not assign the agreement without our consent, except with a merger or sale of substantially all relevant assets. We may assign it as part of a reorganization, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
